Loan application opt out

Please use this form to log any data subjects that have requested to be removed from the loan application marketing database.

NB: This is an internal opt out system for Sabizhub clients only. We therefore recommend that you always notify data subjects that complain to register on the Direct Marketing Association national opt out list as well. Using this form will only prevent clients that use this database from contacting the data subject. If they register on the DMA opt out list they will be able to stop all Direct Marketing Association members from contacting them. The DMASA National opt out list will provide the data subject with more protection so it’s in their best interest to take the time to register if they are not interested in receiving marketing calls.
